Just a fyi that I’m in the middle of starting a new teen discussion site. The new site will be a place where teens can ask me any question they want (e.g. relationships, parent problems, sibling problems, sex, clothing, etc). It won’t be focused on pregnancy related items (this site will continue to do that!). The new site will also be solely for teens – both guys & gals.
So … if you have any questions or suggestions or advice for me in regards to the new site, please leave it as a comment below.

Im 15 years old and will be a sophomore in high school. I think I may be pregnant. The guy I had intercourse with is not apart of my life anymore and I’m scared because I do not want to be alone during this. I’m having some pregnancy symptoms but most of all my period is late. I’m not sure how to go to my parents or a trusted adult about this serious situation. I’ve tried approaching the guy but he acted like a total jerk about it and said that there was no way I pregnant and he was a 100% positive about it. Once I told him that he knew nothing about what was going on in my life and that condoms are ways effective he told me that he needed a couple of days to think. I feel all alone and depressed about my unfortunate situation. I’m not positive that I am, but Im worried. I need help.!

Hmmm … Well, first, let’s find out for sure if you are pregnant. Could you tell me the day your last period started and the day you had sex? I’m assuming it was with a condom? After having sex, did you notice the condom leaking or being broken?
What types of symptoms are you experiencing? How late is your period?
Have you had sex a lot before or is this your first time (or your first time in a while)? It would be helpful if you could take a home pregnancy test and then get back to us with the results.

The last time I had my period was on June 16, 2011. The last day I had sex on was March 10, 2011. I know that when you are pregnant you can still experience a period. When my mom was pregnant with my little brother she had her period for 3 months before hers ever stopped. This concerns me because for the last 3 months I’ve had my period but now that it’s the 4th month it’s just not cone. My period is 2 weeks late. The symptoms I am having is fatigue, weight gain, weird feelings in my lower stomach, and some sharp pains in my back. I would like to take a home pregnancy test but have no way of getting one without telling someone I need to go to the store and then the questions would start rolling in. I don’t know how to speak up. I’m scared of my parents or anyone for that matter.

Hi everyone, just needing some opinions. Okay well las week I missed a week of my birth control. Sunday I started back takin them. I missed my Time on Tuesday . Bt yesterday I had unprotected sex. He pulled at the last min. Wiped it off then put it bck n me. I also just got off my period like 4 days ago. Bt my question is if I keep taking my birthcontrol until 2weeks wen I can take a hpt. Will that hurt me or the bby? What should I do?

Hii I have a question. My boyfriend nd I had sex on the 17th of December. There was 1 point where we didn’t use a condom. But then he put 1 on so we could get into it more nd not wry about it. He wants me to get a test but I told him its too early for that. Im constanly thinking about it. There was no cum what so ever only pre-cum. Nd it was a couple days after my period. Wat r the chances of me being pregnant? If so its too late for the plan b pill rite? I love my boyfriend a lot but we can’t Handel a baby rite now.
