An anonymous visitor asks the following question:
“Hi, so I have been stressed about when I conceived. I had unprotected sex about 4 or 5 times throughout July. I took a pregnancy test on the 31 and it was positive. I knew I was probably pregnant. I had unprotected sex on the 30 also. Could that be the date I became pregnant? The last day of my period was sometime in the very beginning of July. I had been late by a day or two. Today I am 21 weeks and 5 days pregnant. On August 9 was my first appointment and I was right at 4 weeks. I have just been completely stressed out. Please help. And I would not like this posted on the website.”

Your ovulation would have taken place around mid July – based on the information you provided above – so if you had sex around the middle of the month, that would be my bet as far as when you became pregnant. A urine pregnancy test can usually show a positive about 2 weeks after conception.
Best of luck,
